Preparing for your trip

Travel documents

  • Each traveler is responsible for carrying all necessary travel documents that comply with airline regulations and the entry requirements of the destination country.
  • Missing or invalid documents may result in additional fees or costs that must be borne by the passenger.
  • It is recommended to have a valid passport and, if required, a visa ready.

Check-in

  • It is recommended to be at the airport at least two hours before departure to check-in for flights with Drini Travel, as the counters close 40 minutes before departure.

Unaccompanied children

  • Special provisions apply to children travelling alone to ensure their safety.
  • Parents should travel carefully with their children.
  • Online booking for unaccompanied children is currently not possible.

Assistance for passengers with special needs

  • The airline offers special services at the airport and on board for passengers with special needs.
  • Specially trained staff are available to assist you on departure and arrival.
  • Airports generally provide wheelchairs and transportation options with accompanying persons free of charge.
  • Passengers who require wheelchairs should come to check-in 120 minutes before departure.
