Drini Travel baggage allowance and services

Bag allowance:

• Checked baggage: Each passenger can carry up to 20 kg of checked baggage free of charge, including children, who also receive this allowance. It is recommended that each piece of luggage does not exceed 32 kg.

Excess baggage charges:

• If the baggage allowance is exceeded, additional charges will be incurred, calculated according to the weight of the baggage.

Hand baggage:

• Permitted amount: Each person is allowed one Take hand luggage on board.
• Weight and dimensions: The hand luggage may not weigh more than 6 kg (8 kg for laptops) and may not exceed the dimensions of 55 cm x 40 cm x 20 cm.
• Recommendation: Valuables, medication and perishable or sensitive items should be transported in hand luggage.

Tariff structure for Excess baggage:

• You can find the maximum weight allowed for your baggage on your flight ticket.
• Excesses are considered excess baggage and are subject to a fee structure that may vary depending on the weight or number of pieces of baggage.

Damage and loss of baggage:

• Missing luggage: In most cases, missing luggage can be found within 24 hours.
• Longer absence: If a piece of luggage is missing for more than five days, a comprehensive search will be carried out by the Lost & Found office.
• Contact: If you have any questions about lost luggage or luggage that has not been found even after five days, please contact the baggage center in Bern.
